Emerald is an F&B licensing consultancy that provides solutions, analysis, and project management for obtaining food and beverage applications and permits. They have served over 500 clients over the years; some of which include K-11, Kei Cuisine, and Artisan de la Truffe.

An Image Breakthrough:
From Authority to Innovation

Emerald has the vision to break away from the traditional image of F&B licensing to embrace a more innovative, user-driven yet practical spirit to reach out to premium restaurant owners, shopping malls and landlords.

An elegant, Sustainable Co-creation through Open Communication

Through open discussions with Emerald, we gained a deep understanding of the challenges facing the company. Having to differentiate from their competitors who are authority-based, traditional, Emerald has an aim to build a trustable, premium brand to manage the necessary F&B documentation and analysis for approval from the government authority.

In addition to a name card and logo design, we also designed the font, mood board, company stationery as well as social media visuals as our relationship deepened. Aesthetics-driven with a premium feel, our design, as well as the art approach, incorporated the cypress plant to highlight the resilient, immortal nature of Emerald to give an exquisite feel with green and gold. The scattered leaves represent the meaning of diversity and sustainability.

Impact/

The Power of Trust and Alignment

The branding impact was felt internally and externally. It added clarity and strength to the brand position and value to attract like-minded clients including world-class F&B clients and shopping malls, landlords for licensing. The unified style from social media to letterhead helped align the brand’s overall tone and manner, style and connection to their internal and external stakeholders, making it recognizable and trustworthy.
