In collaboration with the Bank of China and Education For Good, The Social Innovation+ is a competition designed to raise awareness for social impact and to encourage innovation for social causes among the future leaders of society
To design key visual and implement art direction for a university undergraduate competition
Our team took on the competition’s theme and adopted a challenging approach to developing the design, where we sampled and gathered feedback from more than 50 undergraduate students, who are potentially the audience of this program. They were asked to vote for a desirable design direction in the concept stage before we moved onto developing the visual layout.
Design to inspire enthusiasm and innovation
We designed and co-create the program’s visual concept, tagline and illustration with our client partners, and provided marketing consultancy for material adaptation such as Instagram posts, website, and guideline deck. We incorporated the data from our experiment to align the concept direction among the users and client-partner. We used an energetic illustration style with bold colors for the key visual, which was displayed throughout our client-partner’s website, social media and other promotional materials.
